Latino Fashion Week 2018

Hi guys!

I hope you all are doing great! Thanks for reading . Today, I want to talk to you all about the ASTONISHING Finale Show that was presented by Latino Fashion Week 2018. I can not tell you enough that they went above and beyond. With this being my third year in attendance, I can truly say that they've done nothing but improve year over year. A Huge Thank you to them for allowing me to attend alongside Miss Lovely Arielle!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's talk about the amount of diversity they had amongst the models. I loved it! I saw models ranging practically from the palest of white to the darkest of black, and of course many shades of Morenito in between. Also, I noticed that there was a nice range of body shapes which was appreciated. I feel that this diversity only added to the way that the variety of clothing styles were presented.

I got a chance to see so many visually intriguing pieces from midieval inspired pantsuits and bright pink tassled gowns to copper coated dresses and animated prints on swimwear. While I had so many outfits that appealed to me, as you can see from my photos below, my favorite designer was definitely the final act, Panni Margot, as pictured second below. Those designs were bone chilling with the almost gothic color schemes and themes of despair and sorrow contrasted with flowing, free formed cuts and sparkling jewel encrested mussles. I can not wait to see more!

Living My Best Life Tour: Studying At Harvard, Winning Awards and Walking The Runway!

Hello all! Thank you so much for returning to my blog and reading this post. I have so much to tell you all because the last few months have been CRAZY! I'm not even sure where to start. I guess I'll begin with the awards that I have been so blessed to receive within the last two weeks. I have NEVER in my entire career of almost a decade managed to take home five awards in such a small time frame! I received two Virtual Visionary awards for Entrepreneurship & Community Service, two awards given by the Sara Williams Scholarship Fund with proceeds benefitting research at St. Jude Children's Hospital, and a Service Leadership award from the pageant system that I represent as their current Miss World, the Miss & Mrs. America Nation Organization ! It was so much fun to have the honor of strutting the runway at their Nationals Fashion Show a couple of weeks ago alongside my amazing sister queens! Prior to this, I hadn't modeled in a fashion show since I was a Fashio

38 Underrepresented World Wide Talents That You Need to Know!

In a world where so many great entrepreneurs and artists can become famous at the act of one viral video online, it's easy to get lost in the misconception that with social media's "power," anybody who is talented is already known. After all, it isn't as difficult to gain exposure and "get big" as it was 20 years ago before the Internet's Massive Media takeover, right? Partially yes, however, social media also makes the market 10x as saturated as it was 20 years ago. Thus, are you really that much further ahead if all of your competition has the means to one-up you, free of cost and inconvenience, just by posting to their online accounts? It's a lot to think about. That is why we here at The Fresh Faces Project work hard to make sure that the artists and entrepreneurs and do-gooders who are underrepresented and don't get the fame and acknowledgment that their talents merit are given a platform. That platform is us. When creating thi

Living My Best Life Tour: Chicago Fashion Week 2021 + BTW, I Have A New Pageant Title

It's been a while! Throughout my relentless grind to meet my goals for 2021, I haven't had the time to blog on my OG website, Fashion Thunderclap. However, I have a few very cool things to share with my beloved readers here that prompted me to MAKE TIME and publish a long-overdue article here. The main thing I want to discuss today is how AMAZING my experience was at Chicago Fashion Week 2021 presented by Fashion Bar ! I was so happy to be invited as a media guest for the 5th year in a row! My love and gratitude goes out to the organization and its Founder, the esteemed Tony Long for always extending the invitation and producing some of the best fashion shows around! As you can see in the photos, I have on a new sash. I was crowned Miss USA Universe Tourism 2021 in January and have pledged to do as I did in my reign as Miss World America Nation and make a difference, big or small, in all seven continents of the world, especially supporting those in line with my platform of
